About the UnionThe Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce and Joint Chambers of Commerce and Industry was established in 1975 in Damascus, with the aim of looking after the interests of the Chambers of Commerce and Joint Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the governorates and representing them internally and externally, and serving the interests of the business sector and working to develop the commercial and economic sector in light of the applicable laws and regulations.

Vision:

The Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce and Joint Chambers of Commerce and Industry aims to be a leading platform in supporting and empowering the private sector, the most reliable link between the local business sector and global markets, promoting economic integration between chambers of commerce locally and internationally, and contributing to the development and strengthening of Syria’s commercial and economic role given its strategic location.

Union Services

Firstly: Certification
  • Commercial documents and documents related to imported goods, after verifying the authenticity of the signatures and seals on the documents to be certified.
  • Chamber membership certificates
  • Experience certificates, academic and professional qualifications
  • The Federation has established a website to verify the authenticity of certificates of origin for exported goods certified by Syrian Chambers of Commerce and Joint Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
  • The Union provides letters of mediation to Arab and foreign embassies operating in Syria to grant entry visas to traders and businessmen.
  • The Union provides letters to whom it may concern to any interested merchants and businessmen.
